These Subscription and Payment Terms ("Terms") govern your subscription to the Venier Technologies("Company," "we," or "us") app for Slack and related services (the "Service"). By subscribing to the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not subscribe to the Service.
Access to the Service requires payment of the applicable subscription fees, as specified on our pricing page or communicated directly to you. Fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis, depending on the subscription plan you select.
Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle (monthly or annual) unless you cancel your subscription prior to the renewal date. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge the applicable fees to your payment method on file.
You may cancel your subscription at any time via your account settings on our website or by contacting us at accounts@simpleworkapps.com. Cancellation will be effective at the end of the current billing cycle. No refunds will be issued for partial billing periods unless otherwise required by applicable law.
Venier Technologies reserves the right to change subscription fees at any time. Any fee changes will be communicated with at least 30 days' notice, and you will have the option to cancel before the new fees take effect.
All fees are exclusive of any applicable taxes, levies, or duties imposed by taxing authorities. You are responsible for payment of such taxes.
If payment cannot be processed or is declined, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service until payment is successfully received.
