How it works
1. Create your account
2. Connect your Slack workspace
3. Create your first rotation
Once you have granted access to your workspace, you can create your first rotation in just 3 clicks:
- Choose your rotation type (daily, weekly, monthly, or custom)
- Select team members to include in the rotation
- Set notification preferences and customize your rotation settings
4. Automate and manage rotations
Once you create your rotation, Round Robin will automatically manage the schedule.
Team members will receive notifications about their upcoming duties, and the rotation will automatically skip members who are on leave. You'll see real-time updates as the rotation progresses.
5. Monitor and optimize
Great job! Your rotation is now fully automated.
Monitor rotation history and adjust settings as needed. Use the insights to ensure fair distribution of duties across your team.
Note: Round Robin will only send messages when rotations are active.
The app will only send notifications to the people in the Slack channel that you selected.
