These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Simple Work Apps ("Company," "we," or "us") app for Slack and related services (the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the Service.
Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements.
Subject to these Terms, Simple Work Apps grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the Service solely for your internal business purposes and in accordance with any documentation provided by us.
The data you provide and generate through the use of the Service, including but not limited to user interactions and communications, may be stored on servers hosted by Amazon Web Services (AWS) and Google Cloud.
We take your privacy seriously. While using the Service, your data will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which outlines how we collect, use, and protect your information. By using the Service, you consent to the practices described in our Privacy Policy.
The Service, including all software, content, and materials provided or made available to you, are the property of Simple Work Apps or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the Service, nor may you reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code of the Service, unless expressly permitted by law.
You may stop using the Service at any time.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service, without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to your violation of these Terms.
The Service is provided "as i" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Simple Work Apps and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly.
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Simple Work Apps regarding the Service and supersede any prior agreements or understandings.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Zurich jurisdiction, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
